Terms of Service — Safqat AI

Last updated: 28 March 2026

1. Agreement

By accessing or using Safqat.ai ("Safqat", "we", "us", "our") you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part, you must not use the service.

These terms apply to visitors, trial users, and paying customers. Additional terms may apply to specific features and will be presented where relevant.

2. The service

Safqat provides cloud software that helps businesses operate AI-assisted sales conversations on WhatsApp, including tools for knowledge, catalog, scheduling, and analytics.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or product evolution. We will aim to minimize disruption and communicate material changes when reasonable.

3. Accounts and security

You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at the contact address in your dashboard or on our website if you suspect unauthorized access.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date. You may not share accounts in a way that circumvents subscription or usage limits.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service: no unlawful activity, harassment, spam, malware, scraping that impairs the service, or attempts to bypass security or rate limits.

You are responsible for your use of WhatsApp and for complying with Meta/WhatsApp policies, applicable telecommunications rules, and marketing or consent laws in your jurisdiction.

5. Customer data and third parties

You retain ownership of your business content and customer conversation data processed through Safqat, subject to the rights needed for us to run the service as described in our Privacy Policy.

The service relies on infrastructure and messaging providers (including Meta/WhatsApp). Their availability, policies, and terms may affect how messages are delivered.

6. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Automated replies may be incorrect or incomplete; you remain responsible for decisions made in your business.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Safqat and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable.

7. Changes and contact

We may update these terms. We will post the revised version on this page and adjust the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms where permitted by law.
