Data deletion — Safqat AI

1. Your control
You can request deletion of your Safqat.ai account and associated personal data we hold as a data controller for the product, subject to limited legal exceptions (for example billing records we must retain).
2. How to request deletion
Email hello@safqat.ai from the address associated with your account. Include "Data deletion request" in the subject line and, if possible, your workspace or organization name.
We may ask you to verify ownership of the account before processing the request to protect your data.
3. What we delete
After verification, we will delete or anonymize personal data tied to your account, including profile information and dashboard content you stored, within a reasonable period unless retention is required by law.
Aggregated or de-identified analytics that cannot reasonably be linked back to you may be retained.
4. WhatsApp and messaging data
Messages exchanged on WhatsApp may also be processed and stored by Meta/WhatsApp according to their policies. Deleting your Safqat account does not automatically delete data on Meta systems; contact Meta or use in-app tools they provide where available.
5. After deletion
Once deletion is complete you may receive a confirmation email. Some residual copies may persist in encrypted backups for a limited time before automatic rotation.
If you later create a new account, it will be treated as a separate relationship with no obligation to restore prior data.
