When I get a report of an issue from a listener what do I do?

Question: What if one of my listeners has an issue with the app?

​Answer: 

Please ask them to use the Report a Problem link in the app to send our developers a detailed report of the issue.
​

The automatically generates an email on their device and attaches the necessary logs to help our developers and support team. We'll get everything straightened out.
